Top quality product hard to find in this day and age

I recently purchased a second anchor watch oilskin blanket from Kohutt (once again in port tartan color) having bought one earlier in July of 2022. The reason why I wanted a second one is that that wanted one to be permanently based in my vehicle – always there when wanted / needed on any camping trip or simple picnic event. I chose this time, for that reason, to add a matching carry sack. The earlier blanket has held up beautifully though multiple uses and has over the past three years hardly “aged”, which gives me confidence that the product I’ve bought and am again buying is made to last a long, long time. I find that the corner eyelets add to the versatility in the use of the blanket, and I therefore recommend that any interested / potential buyer should strongly consider adding that relatively low-cost feature.
I’m not someone who generally goes overboard in praise for products that I’ve bought (I simply expect them to be as good as they advertise) but I wish to make the exception for Kohutt.
I have purchased several products off them (one will find that I’ve penned several reviews / feedback forms by now) but honestly, at every turn I have been positively impressed by not only the quality of the hand-made products, but also the personable as well as personalized service of Nick Jaffe & the folks in his enterprise. Kohutt, obviously within reasonable parameters, will communicate directly with you, understand what precisely it is that you want, and then to the extent possible cater for it, subsequently providing a swift and expeditious service in getting that specific product to you. Personable & customized service is rare nowadays, so good on you, Kohutt! I’ll be shopping there again.

Arrived just on time for my nephews birthday! He loves it!
