Lifetime repairs on us & our limited lifetime warranty
Not only do we guarantee our products against manufacturing defects for life, we will also repair it for life if you break it - we build it, you use it hard, we fix it. Simple. Our free repairs offer does not include pet/dog equipment (standard workmanship guarantee applies).
We know you spent your hard earned money to support us and enjoy our handmade products for many years into the future. As such we also warrant our products against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance for the life of the product.
This means not only will Kohutt™ repair or replace any part of product found to be defective, we will also repair it if you break it. Any item(s) approved for return by us must be shipped with prepaid postage so we can get it back to you. Under warranty, if we can fix your product we will do that. If its irreparable, we will replace it. Under our lifetime repair program, we will do our best to repair whatever may be broken if you pay for postage both ways.
Return Policy
If your item(s) is not customised or is not part of a wholesale order, you have 7 days of receiving your item(s) to send your unused and same condition products back. It must also be in original packaging. Once we have received your item(s) we will inspect them for signs of use.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please ensure you add tracking to your shipment, we cannot guarantee we will receive your item.
Customised/monogrammed/wholesale orders are not refundable unless they are faulty. Faulty items will be repaired or replaced.
Late shipments/delay
We use Australia Post for shipping. On the rare and unlikely chance the product is lost, we will refund or replace the item. The item is not deemed lost until Australia Post investigate the issue - we cannot provide replacements or refunds until the investigation is performed by Australia Post and the outcome has been understood (lost, being returned, etc). Deliveries are estimates and sometimes delays happen. Once the product is in the hands of Australia Post, we have very limited control or visibility.
